Dear visitors,
Our restaurant and beer garden will of course also be open daily during the Royal Winter Magic event from 21 November 2025 to 6 January 2026 (see opening hours; for closing days, see different opening hours). During this period, our castle restaurant will offer the following options:
- In the Castle's Restaurant we offer Enchanting winter menus, for which we ask you to order 3 days in advance. Of course, we also have a menu of the day, which includes vegetarian and vegan dishes. You are also welcome to reserve a table here.
- In the castle garden, snacks are available at the food manger. In addition the decorated and heated huts can be hired on site, where small groups of up to 6 people can be served mulled wine and winter delicacies.
- In the castle courtyard, game brewer Markus Schuler will spoil you in the “Braterei” hut with game sausages from his own hunt and red sausages in a roll and white mulled wine. There is also the “Gaumenfreude” hut, which serves waffles and red mulled wine.
- In addition, Café Kira on the 2nd floor invites visitors to enjoy coffee & cake on a donation basis. The donations go to the Friends of Hohenzollern Castle and the Kira Foundation.
Please note: The Castle Restaurant and the Castle Beer Garden are located within the Hohenzollern Castle museum grounds, which are subject to admission. You therefore need an admission ticket to visit the restaurant/beer garden.
