Castle Restaurant & Castle Beer Garden

Dear visitors,

The Castle Restaurant is open daily (see opening hours) and serves hearty classics, regional specialities, and vegetarian and vegan dishes. And for those with a sweet tooth, we always have a selection of cakes and tarts, which we either bake ourselves or source from the local bakery. Here you can find the restaurant menu.

The restaurant’s Zollernstüble can seat 45 people. In the separate Jagdzimmer, small groups of up to 10 people can enjoy an intimate atmosphere. The Berliner Zimmer is ideal for celebrations of up to 70 people. In addition, the Fridericus-Zimmer can be opened to accommodate a further 30 guests.

We would be happy to reserve a table for you in the restaurant. And for celebrations and conferences, the castle restaurant is also available by arrangement outside of opening hours. Please feel free to give us a call or send us an email (see contact details below).

The Castle Beer Garden is one of the most beautiful and highest located beer gardens in the region and is also open daily during the summer season at the times mentioned above, weather permitting. In the shade of ancient trees and (new) parasols, it offers around 180 seats with a view of the historic castle backdrop. The beer garden menu features hearty classics as well as light summer dishes. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy here. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and enjoy them here. We would be delighted if you would order a drink or an ice cream from our kiosk to go with them..

Unfortunately, table reservations are not possible in the beer garden.

Both the castle restaurant and the castle beer garden serve Preußens Pilsener, the Hohenzollern family’s own beer, which is also available in a non-alcoholic version.
