Information
Ernst Unterwurzacher was born in the Salzburg region and has been a chef in the Swabian county for over 40 years, including 13 years as head chef at the castle's restaurant. Even though Swabian cuisine comes easily to him, his Austrian roots always come through. On this evening, he will be serving his guests a menu in the style of his native cuisine.
After an Almdudler reception, guests can look forward to a delicious 3-course menu:
Cream of garlic soup | croutons
Veal steak | chive sauce | fine carrots | bouillon potatoes
Kaiserschmarrn pancakes | plum roaster
The evening will be accompanied by music from Michael Sisto, guitar and vocals.
Schedule:
17:30: Shuttle from the parking lot to the Adlertor (entrance gate)
18:00: 3-course menu in the castle restaurant incl. welcome drink
20:30: Shuttle from the Adlertor back to the parking lot
Price: 70,00 Euro per person
including shuttle, welcome drink, 3-course menu and live music - plus drinks.
